TERMS OF TRADE:

The placing of an order with SPECTRUM DIGITAL & PHOTOGRAPHIC expresses acceptance of our terms of business. The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be involved in all contracts involving the Company’s services.

QUOTATIONS: Unless otherwise stated a quotation is open for acceptance for a period not exceeding 30 days. GST All prices are subject to 10% GST.

ACCEPTANCE: An order or the acceptance of a quotation must be accompanied by sufficient information to enable the Company to proceed with the order, and any modifications must be in writing.

TRADING ACCOUNTS: Unless credit has been arranged net cash is payable as per tax invoice and delivery forthwith. Where credit has been arranged accounts are payable strictly 30 days net.

LIABILITY: Spectrum is proud of its reputation for excellence and for the careful handling of client’s work. Every care will continue to be taken to safeguard films placed in our hands for processing. However, should loss or damage occur, whether in transit or by reason of negligence or otherwise, Spectrum will not accept liability for any consequential loss. Compensation will be limited to the replacement value of the unexposed film. Should transparency, film or other material have an intrinsic value beyond that of the material itself, then the client will have been assumed to have effected all risks insurance to the extent of that value.
